Shade for homes in New Braunfels
New Braunfels homes range from established neighbourhoods to new construction. A new build is the easiest time to plan shades, because the openings, the patio and the sun can be considered together before the walls are finished. If you are building, we are glad to talk with your builder or designer.

Questions New Braunfels homeowners ask
Do I need approval from my community or HOA?
Some communities review exterior changes. Check yours before you order. We can give you product details and samples to include with your request.
How much do motorized patio screens cost?
We don't publish prices, because two openings are rarely the same. The price depends on the width and height of each opening, the fabric, the motor and how it mounts. After a complimentary consultation at your home you get a written quote for your project.
Do you do one window at a time?
For interior shades we work on whole rooms and whole homes, and we start at five to six shades. For patio screens we quote by the opening, from one to many.
How long does the project take?
Each screen or shade is made to your measurements after the consultation, so the timeline depends on the product. You get it in writing with your quote.
