Terms of Use
About these terms
This website is run by Asa Menjivar, doing business as Aperture & Co., 161 Creekwood, Spring Branch, TX 78070. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information, not an offer
The site explains window and patio treatments in general terms. Nothing on it is a price, a quote, or an offer to sell. Every project is quoted individually after a consultation, and the written quote and agreement you sign are what govern your project.
Disclaimer: renderings, the studio and the 3D model
The patio, living room and product images on this site are illustrations created for the site. They are not photographs of installed products or of any customer's home, unless an image is clearly labeled as a photo of a completed installation. The video in “Your patio, reclaimed” shows a completed Aperture & Co. installation, filmed with the homeowner’s permission.
Studio, the fabric explorer and the 3D model on this site are concept demonstrations. Colours, fabric openness, view-through, light and proportions are approximate and will look different on a screen than in real light. Product availability, sizes, colours and features depend on the manufacturer and on your opening. We bring physical samples to your consultation so you can judge them in your own light.
Descriptions of how screens and shades perform, such as glare, heat, privacy and insect protection, are general. Results depend on the product, fabric, orientation and installation.
Brands and trademarks
Product and brand names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe products we offer and install, and their use doesn't mean those companies endorse this website. Hunter Douglas is a trademark of its owner. Aperture & Co. is an independent company that supplies and installs Hunter Douglas products.
